Mourvedre

Mourvedre, also known as Monastrell, is a finicky, site-sensitive Spanish variety that happens to thrive in Arizona’s high-desert climate. Powerful, tannic, and complex, Mourvedre is often blended with Grenache and Syrah to temper its robust character, but with proper care and grooming in the vineyard, it is capable of producing a a fantastic varietal on its own.
