A traditional Austrian blend, Zierfandler-Rotgipfler combines two indigenous grapes to produce a pleasant, elegant wine with good aging potential. These varieties grow almost exclusively in the Thermenregion. Familie Reinisch’s take on this Austrian classic sources each grape from a single Gumpoldskirchen vineyard, with Zierfandler growing on the “Spiegel” site and Rotgipfler coming from the slightly denser soils of the “Satzing” vineyard.
