The 2015 Malvasia shows a great complexity of floral, citrus, white peach, and mineral
notes. Elderflower opens to perfume and lemon blossom. Full with citrusy mandarin
orange zest on the clean, vibrant palate.

Winemaking Techniques
harvested on August 15 at 22.8 brix. The whole clusters were foot crushed and soaked on the skins for an average of 16 hours before pressing. Barrel fermented in older oak barrels and aged on the lees for 9 months before bottling. No malolactic fermentation was carried out.
