A unique addition to Hajszan Neumann’s NATURAL line. Biodynamically grown, all Estate fruit from the Nussberg vineyard sites in Vienna specifically from the single vineyard Weissleiten. Grapes are fermented with the skins for 9 weeks in stainless steel. Aging in large concrete eggs. This wine is sulphur free, bottled without fining or filtration.
