Sparkling Muscato

Known the world over, Muscat needs no introduction. Rumored to have been cultivated as far back as 3000 B.C., Muscat is known for its signature “grapey” aroma and notable sweetness.

The Triebaumers’ take on sparkling Muscat is decidedly their own. Around 2002, Gunter and Regina set out to create “an uncomplicated product, just to enjoy.” Muscato grapes are harvested early and fermented in pressure tanks to harness the CO2 from the fermentation, and a rapid chilling process caps the alcohol level at 7%. The result is a delightful, fruity, low-alcohol bottle of pure fun. This sweet, easy sparkler shows tropical fruits, with a spicy acidity balanced by the creamy bubbles. Clean, refreshing, perfect!
