100% Grüner Veltliner. Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested, all Estate fruit from the Bisamberg vineyard site, specifically the single vineyard, “Gabrissen.”
In the nose Muscat, elder, lychee. Fresh acidity, juicy structure and gentle tannins.

Fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast, the juice is left on the skins to macerate for 4 months. After careful separation of the skins the wine is matured in stainless steel for 6 weeks before bottling. This wine is sulphur free and bottled without fining or filtration.
